Events florals come with many different logistical challenges: the processing of the flowers, storing & cooling, designing, the transportation, set up and installation. Leave that all that to the experts!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the process for ordering wedding flowers?
Contact us with the wedding date, and we will first check our availability (we hope to respond within 2-3 business days). We will then contact you to discuss your vision, flower types and colour palettes. An in person meeting can also be scheduled if you prefer. A quote will be provided based on your needs, and if you decide to go ahead with our services then a formal contract will be drafted and a deposit taken.
Can I change my event date?
Date changes can be made at least 7 business days prior to original date. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEDDINGS. New date is subject to availability. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
How far in advance do I need to order event florals?
Depending on the size of the event, a minimum of 14 days is required.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We are always sorry to hear of cancellations. However, life happens. Due to our commitments all deposits are unfortunately non-fundable.
How is billing handled?
To secure your event, we request a non-refundable 20% deposit. The remaining balance is due one week prior to event. Payments can be received via e transfer or credit card.
Do you have ideas to help the floral budget for my event?
Absolutely! By choosing seasonal local flowers, requesting multi purpose arrangements, and opting for pick up instead of delivery are all great ways to save on your event.
Would it be possible to receive an invoice & receipt for my event florals?
Certainly! Feel free to reach out and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining the invoice & receipt.
