Payment information is collected & processed upon receiving the Order Confirmation Invoice. (You will be asked to add your credit card information to the order) Orders are on hold until payment info is gathered.

Payments then will be scheduled on the date(s) of the next scheduled delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the subscription on a monthly basis? Can I join in at anytime?

The subscription frequency is based on weeks. This way a new order can start at any time. The order term starts at the first delivery date.

What are the delivery days and times?

We delivery Wednesdays & Thursdays. Although we CANNOT GUARANTEE an exact delivery time, deliveries will try and be made between 9-5pm. Pick up is also on those same days and within those operating hours.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS OFFERED IN THE MONTHS OF JULY & AUGUST

How is billing handled?

We will charge the credit card on file on the day of a scheduled delivery date for that specific order. Payment can also be made for the full term upon request, a great option for group purchases.

What price point makes a big impression?

All the price points are sure to impress, rest assured we fill to value. However, a larger budget could mean a more substantial vase, higher end greens, and increased stem count.

What happens if the person receiving flowers is not home?

Our delivery service will do our best to contact the recipient. A reminder email will be sent out the day before to help minimize this situation and to remind them to leave out their old vase.
